How Do I Sign Up For The Rewards Program?
Click the blue Rewards button on the bottom right-hand side of the Home Page. (the icon is a shopping bag & a heart). Follow instructions for creating an account or login in if you already have a Sunday Dinner Candle Co. account.
How Do I Refer A Friend?
First, log into your account. Once you are logged in, click the blue Rewards button on the bottom right-hand side. Scroll down to the "Refer your friends" section. You can use Facebook, Twitter or email. You can also copy and paste the referral link in a text message or DM. The critical factor is that your friends must use the link you send AND sign up for a rewards account to get the discount AND make a purchase. Referrals are for new customers only. Existing customers cannot get the new referral discount. Once your friend makes a purchase, you will get an email with your $5 off coupon code. Use that coupon code when you checkout during your next purchase.
Is There a Limit On The Number Of Friends I Can Refer?
Absolutely Not! We strongly believe in the power of word of mouth. You can refer as many people as you want. You will continue to get $5 off coupons as long as they sign up for a rewards account, use the link you provided AND make a purchase.
Can I Use Multiple Coupon Codes?
No, you can only use one coupon code per purchase. That also means that if we are running a sale and you use a sale coupon code, you will not be able to use any rewards coupon codes.
Do Coupon Codes or Rewards Points Expire?
No, not at this time. If we decide to change the program in the future, we will let customers know.
Can I Get Points for Previous Purchases?
Sorry, but No. Your points programs starts once you sign up for the rewards program.
How Can I Review My Rewards Balance?
Log into your account, then click the blue Rewards button at the bottom right-hand side of the page to see your balance and any existing rewards.
